Funny Little Human

Lola is charming. She has a silly little way of doing things. Asking for things. She is clever and bright and so loving. The last couple days have given me great insight as to who, exactly, this little human will be. Her curiosity and wonder are so appealing, and I'm beyond thankful to be able to spend day after day with her. 

Lola is a goof ball. Behold, the cheeseball face, the expression that sneaks up on occasion, engulfing her smile with a this wild grin. Yesterday, I was handed my camera as she plopped herself in my lap. The cheeseball smile had consumed her, swallowing her whole existence and taking her into this uncontrolled state. Squinty-eyed, grinning toothily.

She couldn't get enough of the flash spewing bright lights onto her little face. "Again, again!", she would shout, laughing her best laugh.

 

I am amazed by my funny little human, blown away at the huge heart and great, unconditional love that comes spilling out everyday. As the days go by, turning into years, I am curious to see who this little one will be. There is no doubt in my mind that she will be wonderfully goofy.
